The staff left me stranded outside in the rain with no access to the building. Thankfully, a helpful stranger saved me from freezing to death. What a memorable check-in experience!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful artwork on the walls and the comfortable furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasant environment to relax and socialize. Additionally, as a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. There were no stairs to navigate, and the hallways were wide enough to easily maneuver my walker. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a handrail in the bathroom. It would have provided extra support and stability, especially when getting in and out of the shower.

The Apartments Downtown Residence Brussels had a cozy balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped with an oven and a refrigerator, making it easy for me to cook meals. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV with DVD player in the living room unnecessary.

The location of the apartment is great, as it is in the heart of the central area. This means that most of the sightseeing can be done on foot, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Additionally, the neighborhood is fairly secure, adding to the peace of mind during the stay.

The communication with the host and management was quite poor. There were issues with responsiveness and lack of support when it came to basic amenities like towels and toilet paper.

I had a great time staying at Apartments Downtown Residence. The apartment was close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. It's located close to the center and within walking distance of everything. Also, the location is great, near downtown and the shopping street, with the train station just 10 minutes away.
